250900 is The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth's ID on Steam. Inside this folder you will see many more numbered folders, these correspond to the id of each mod. You can see these numbers in links. So, all you gotta do is unsubscribe from your mods, then go into your file explorer, then into Documents, then a folder called 'My Games' then go into 'The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods', and I deleted everything, but you might be able to just delete the problem mods. EDIT: If you use Discord, try turning off the discord overlay.
